Accounts Junior (AAT Trainee)

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has an interest in accounts. The company is looking for a school leaver with a minimum of Grade B in both their English and Maths GSCE’s, and 2 strong A Level results.  The candidate will have good interpersonal skills, and will be a team player. The role would involve mainly bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts, VAT Returns and preparation of year end accounts. They are offering free AAT Training and they are seeking to find someone who has not had any experience within the industry before.

A company based within Basingstoke is looking for a collections co-ordinator where you will be managing your own portfolio of clients and having the responsibility of including cash posting, allocating and referring delinquent account for 3^rd party debt collection, whilst building effective relationships with both customers and debtors.

The candidate will have previous collections/credit control and customer service experience, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good PC skills.

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a company who are renowned within their industry.  We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a commercial or contractual industry and preferably within a building services environment.

Within this role you will be responsible for the first tender stages of contracts following through to the final phase of completion.  This person should have a versatile approach, good leadership skills, effective communication, influence and negotiation skills and a proficient experience in advertising and reviewing contracts would be advantageous.

A second language would be desirable to this position however not essential.

We are looking for someone who has substantial sales background preferably within a controls company, a system-integrator or an HVAC Contractor.

Within this role you will be expected to discover, develop and follow up customers, you will be in charge of designing and building proposals for the controls and providing Sales teams with support.

The ideal candidate will also hold a Bachelors degree in Controls and/or physics and/or electronics.
